Purchases made on www.waansya.com and in-stores may be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days upon purchase. The product(s) must abide to these terms:
1. Refunds will only be credited with store credits or vouchers via email.
2. No Return and refunds for promo and markdown items.
3. Return and exchange only valid for :
- Defect items
- Delivered wrong items
- Wrong sizes (Valid for availability)
4. Purchases made online and in-store may be returned to our physical stores for processing.
5. Waansya is not liable for parcels lost in transit during return.
6. Return, exchange, and refund period only available within 14 days after parcel is received. Items must be attached with tagging card.
7. A flat rate of RM10 applies for both return and new delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, and RM15 for customers in Sabah & Sarawak.
