Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. Here’s everything you need to know about our return, exchange and refund process.
Purchases made on WAANSYA.com or at our physical store may be returned, exchanged or refunded within 7 days from the date the parcel is received, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligible Items Only
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective items, incorrect items received, or incorrect sizing. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
2. Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tagging card and packaging intact.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation, receipt or invoice must be provided for all return, exchange or refund requests.
Return, Exchange & Refund Terms
1. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or vouchers via email.
2. Promotional & Markdown Items
Items purchased during promotions or markdowns are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for the following:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Incorrect sizing, subject to stock availability
4. Online & In-Store Purchases
Purchases made online or in-store may be returned to our physical store for processing.
5. Lost Return Parcels
WAANSYA is not liable for any parcels lost in transit during the return process. Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service when returning their parcel.
6. 7-Day Return Period
All return, exchange and refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date the parcel is received. Returned items must have the original tagging card attached.
7. Return & Redelivery Charges
A flat rate of RM10 applies for both return and new delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, while a flat rate of RM15 applies for customers in Sabah & Sarawak.
