Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about receiving your WAANSYA order, from shipping rates to delivery and tracking.

1. COST OF SHIPPING WE CHARGE:

We offer nationwide delivery across Malaysia via J&T Express and Ninja Van.

Peninsular Malaysia
Standard shipping: RM10
Free shipping on orders above RM300

Sabah & Sarawak
Standard shipping: RM15
Free shipping on orders above RM350

Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

2. DURATION TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL

Orders received will be posted from Monday to Friday.

Our courier service is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3pm will only be shipped on next Monday. You may received your orders within 3-5 working days.
